K–8 Bully Prevention: Be the Hero Program

In this engaging seminar, students learn how to be everyday heroes by handling bullying and staying safe around strangers. Through interactive scenarios, they build the confidence to recognize unsafe situations, use their voice, set boundaries, and get help when it matters most.

Students leave with practical skills, stronger awareness, and the mindset to stand up for themselves and look out for others.

Our Be the Hero Bully Prevention Program teaches students that being a hero doesn’t mean fighting — it means having the confidence, awareness, and character to do the right thing when bullying happens.

Through age-appropriate discussion and interactive activities, students learn how to:

• Recognize different forms of bullying

• Use confident body language and strong verbal boundaries

• Respond safely if they are targeted

• Support classmates who are being bullied

• Get help from trusted adults when a situation needs support

Students discover that heroes protect, stand up for others, and help create a culture of respect and kindness within their school.
